The sidewall repair kit appears to work well.Time will tell with bush hogging through tough brush, but so far, so good.
Haven’t had to use it yet. And hopefully I don’t. Looks like it should get me back to the trailer.
Good video to instruct prep work. I had a bear puncture about 1/2 inch long in my 1 year old utility trailer. I cleaned the tire, sanded with 80 grit to smooth some raised “lettering” on the sidewall, then hand sanded with 150 grit. Cleaned all debris and rubber dust then applied glue in prescribed pattern. Pressed snuggly to tire with tire deflated and left overnight. Patch held 1 week, then one day the tire was flat I noticed that the patch was on the lowest point on the ground maybe putting too much pressure on it Anyway, I tried a second repair and it leaked and failed the soapy water test I would like to try this again, but $ , maybe just get a new tire? Any suggestions?

Awesome product on my 32 inch Tensor tire. Kept air pressure after a 3 hour ride in the rough terrain trials on my X3. Would recommend.
Had a 3 finger sidewall tear from a rock. Brand new tire, ruined. Put the spare on and got out. Got home and followed the instructions on the kit. After letting it dry overnight it was good as new. Put 50 miles on it in tight eastern ky trails without an issue. I will definitely be buying another kit to have on hand. Recommending it to all my fellow riders.
