Sidewalls flex constantly. They aren’t reinforced like the tread area, and when they’re sliced by sharp rock, metal, or debris, most people assume the tire is done.
That’s exactly why we built this system.
The GlueTread sidewall repair is designed to be completed without removing the tire from the wheel.
- Locate and inspect the damage. Ensure it’s small and repairable.
- Prepare the surface. Clean and buff the damaged area to promote a strong bond.
- Apply adhesive and patch. The heavy-duty rubber patch is bonded directly over the damaged section.
- Allow it to cure. Once set, the repair reinforces the weakened area and helps prevent the tear from spreading.
The result is a strong, flexible repair that allows you to safely get off the trail.

WITH FOUR SLASHED TIRES
I have an 2004 eiger I bought new. I also bought ITP aluminum wheels with ITP mudlite tires. They still look new well hit something on sidewall that cut just enough to leak air. I know dismounting tires that old usually ends up destroying the bead. I didn't want to purchase a tire. The cut was approx 4" long with probably but just enough to leak. This patch is the ticket and very grateful to have found it! I use my four wheeler mostly pushing snow. Thank you

Have not used it yet thankfully, but heard a lot of good things.
I used my kit for something more important than a tire. I live in bush alaska and live in my rubber boot and they got there side walls fixed

Nice patch kit. Haver never used it. Came with high recommendations from fellow off-roader, for fast temporary repairs on tire side-walls. Hope I never need to use!
I had an emergency repair on my tractor tire, the sidewalls were so rotten that the tube almost blew out of the tire. I used the entire kit and along with 2 patches on the tube it moved 12 yards of gravel without them coming off. Do what the reviews say and get the area HOT (not warm) before you slap it on.
My XP 1000 Ranger 20" tire took a stick through the sidewall. About a 1 inch hole. I followed the directions and never expected this to work. I have a new tire coming but needed a temporary fix to get me through hunting season. This may not be a temporary fix, I driving off road over very rough terrain and on miles of gravel roads. The sidewall patch over the 1" hole is holding leak free. I can't believe this worked.
We used this to repair a tear in the sidewall of our farm tractor’s front tire, and it held fairly well. We got a few more days use out of it before the patch blew out again. I am not sure if the hot weather contributed to the glue not setting right, but it has been extremely hot and humid here.
Awesome ATV tire repair kit
So tire got severely damaged (and unrepairable) on the sidewall. Wasn't able to replace it with the spare (on a dark soon to be busy road with the tire stuck - mallet and WD40 couldn't get it out) so had to do a quick repair job and pump it back up with my portable electric tire pump. The tire was completely flat but with the patch I was able to get it to almost the normal PSI and drive it 7 miles to the tire repair shop. It was leaking when it got there but given the size of the gash it really held it together.Is it a permanent fix for a Honda CR-V? No. I don't recommend it for a permanent solution, but it was a life saver in a pinch.

This is a must have for serious trail riders. I cut my side wall, no spare, but these patches bailed me out!!Expensive but worth it if you need it.

I used this to patch my SXS tire, I pulled it off the wheel and patched inside and outside sidewall, put it back on my ranger and drove close to 100 miles last weekend. All off road trails an the outside patch still looks perfect
